Delete your Monuments account

You can delete your Monuments account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

1. In the app

This is the fastest way and deletion is immediate:

• Open Monuments and sign in.
• Open the Account tab.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

2. Without the app

Email monuments.support@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete account”. If we need to confirm your identity, we will reply to that email. We delete the account within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

3. What is deleted

We permanently delete:

• Your sign-in account (email and credentials) in the authentication service.
• Your journey: visits, dates, ratings, notes, and wishlist.
• Personal photos stored on the server.
• Support messages sent from the app.
• Preferences stored in your account profile.

4. What may be kept

Public average ratings of monuments are recalculated without your ratings. Database backups may contain your data for a limited period until they are automatically replaced. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may keep purchase records to meet legal obligations.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Premium subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account settings or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
